- Download the file depending on the Version of NEXThink Collector insalled:
NEXThink V3: NCollectorBugReport_V3
NEXThink V4: NCollectorBugReport_V4
Unzip the file with nexthink password and you will get an executable file : NCollectorBugReport.exe
- Put this file on a share drive or usb drive
1.4. How to use it
- On the computer where you notice the problem, copy the file in a directory (e.g: C:/tmp)
Double-click on the file NCollectorBugReport.exe
- A folder will be created with the name “NEXThink Report” (e.g: C:/tmp/NEXThink Report)
Zip this folder with password (to avoid security blocking from email), open a case using http://support.nexthink.com and attach it to the case.
