1. Important and Exporting categories

1.1. Concept

In a multi-engine Engine or for specific operationnal and maintenance tasks, it is very useful to export or import categories. An exported category contains the category name, the exisiting keywords and all auto-tagging rules.

1.2. Exporting categories

Login into the Finder with the Category editor user and, in the Categories section, right-click a folder, a category or the section to export the configuration. The format can be in a file or directly in the clipboard for cute and paste.
