1. Source View Errors Tooltips

This section describes the possible tooltips for Source View Errors. Please note that any one of the following tooltips could show either a single instance of an error (in case only one error happened in the selected timeslot) or multiple error instances.

1.1. Application Crash

This tooltip is shown in case of an Application crash Execution error event.

1.2. Application not Responding

This tooltip is shown in case of an Application not responding Execution error event.

1.3. Bluescreen

This tooltip is shown in case of a Bluescreen Source error event. A Bluescren (BSoD) is a Windows critical error.

Please note that the time reported (14:27:57 on Friday, November 11th 2011 in the example above) corresponds to the time of the first boot after the Bluescreen, and not the time of the Bluescreen itself.

1.4. Hard Reset

This tooltip is shown in case of a Hard Reset Source error event. A Hard Reset can be caused by pressing the reset button or in case of crashes or power failures.

Please note that the time reported (08:08:48 on Wednesday, November 9th 2011 in the example above) corresponds to the time of the first boot after the Hard Reset, and not the time of the Hard Reset itself.

1.5. SMART Disk Error

This tooltip is shown in case of a SMART Disk Error Source error event. A SMART event indicates an increase in disk writing errors or reallocated sectors. The SMART index offers an indication of the health state of a hard disk.
