1. Importing and Exporting categories

1.1. Concept

In a multi-engine Engine or for specific operational and maintenance tasks, it is very useful to export or import categories. An exported category contains the category name, the existing keywords and all auto-tagging rules.

1.2. Exporting categories

Login into the Finder with the Category editor user and, in the Categories section, right-click a folder, a category or the section to export the configuration. The format can be saved in a file or directly copied into the clipboard for cut and paste.

Login into the Finder with the Category editor user and, in the Categories section, right-click a folder, a category or the section to import the configuration.
