1. Note Widget

1.1. Purpose

The Note widget enables to add pieces of text in dashboards. All Portal users may also add comments if the widget is configured for that.

1.2. Creating widget

1. enter the note with the WYSIWYG editor
2. configure if you want other users to be able to add comments

1.3. Using widget

The note is displayed in a widget

If the commenting feature is enabled, two other modes are available: display comments only and display both the note and the comments at the same time.

Comments are visible by everybody but the author could be displayed hidden if it is on an higher domain. In this case Unknown is displayed. Central administrator could edit and remove every comments.
