Integrating with LANDESK Service Desk

The Nexthink integration with LANDESK is primarily focussed upon providing Nexthink data in the form of computed device scores inside LANDESK Service Desk.

Overall, there exist five main areas of integration:

  1. Device Scores (known as Device Metrics in LANDESK): visualize high-level Nexthink-computed scores about the health of devices in LANDESK.
  2. Desktop Manager Integration: display device and user views in the Nexthink Finder from LANDESK Service Desk.
  3. Automating Alerting from Nexthink: send automatic alerts based upon events such as high-threat binary executions to LANDESK and automatically initiate a process.
  4. Using Event Manager with Custom Actions: use custom actions from Finder to initiate processes in LANDESK.
  5. Service Users and Service Devices: gain visibility on the users and devices of a service by importing service usage information from Nexthink into LANDESK.
