Introduction

The Nexthink Investigation Library provides content packs that can be directly uploaded into both the Finder and the Portal.

The aim of the provided content is to enable a quick start. It includes significant metrics on different areas such as security, compliance, dynamic inventory, quality of services, and so on.

The different content packs are presented as examples to illustrate common ways of building specific dashboards few days after installation, in order to speed up implementation.

No service is provided by the library, since services consume resources and depend on applications that are specific to each enterprise.

Therefore, users have to take control of the provided contents and customize them, such that they can benefit from the different approaches presented in the content packs. The customization includes tagging objects in categories and creating IT services.
