Experience Optimization

Here is an important change introduced for the Optimization Hub with the 2020.4 version.

The gauge widgets grouping the devices according to the value of their DEX score have new default thresholds.

  • A score of 8 up to 10 is categorized as good (green).
  • A score of 6 up to 7 is categorized as average (amber).
  • A score below 6 is categorized as frustrating (red).
  • A score of 7 up to 10 is categorized as good (green).
  • A score of 3 up to 6 is categorized as average (amber).
  • A score below 3 is categorized as frustrating (red).

Campaign dashboards

In the Campaigns dashboards, the label responded changed and is now replaced by answers. It corresponds to the number of full and partial answers, before it reported only the number of full answers.
